Hi Everyone, Well the off season has been pumping this year with some epic tales of solo sessons at Rifles, HT's, Maccas and the like. Huey's heading into the dock for her yearly touchups in a couple of weeks so It'll be head down paint brushes up.  Bookings are looking solid for 2012 but we still have plenty of early season availability. Terms and Conditions M.V. Huey-1

  • Any form of payment or part payment for the Charter of  M.V. Huey-1 constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated on this site
  • A non-refundable deposit of  Seven Hundred and Fifty Australian Dollars ($1000 Aud)  per person is due at the time of booking.
  • Booking is not secured until deposit has been received. This is a first come first served basis.
  • Deposits can be transferred to a third party for the same charter only.
  • Final payment is due ninety (90) days prior to departure and is non-refundable but can be transferred to a third party for the same charter only.
  • Whilst all care and safety measures are taken by the owners and staff of M.V Huey-1, once boarding the vessel, all passengers and clients agree that in no way the owners, operators, employees and agents are liable for any consequential damages.
  • A travel insurance policy, including a Medi-Vac clause is mandatory for travel aboard M.V. Huey-1. The owners/operators assume no liability to take out insurance for their passengers.
  • M.V Huey-1 assumes no liability for personal injury of any kind, property damage or theft (traveling to/from the boat and whilst on board), delays due to weather, mechanical trouble, strikes, airline arrival/departure times, civil disturbances, acts of God or any other event we are unable to control.
  • We do not accept responsibility for the loss/ late arrival of surfboards, surfboard bags or luggage.
  • Prohibited substances are not tolerated aboard M.V. Huey-1. Passengers do so at their own risk.
  • The captain reserves the right to remove any passengers from M.V. Huey-1 that endangers the well being and safety of the vessel, its passengers or crew, in accordance with Maritime Law.
